"How long will my repair take?"

Each and every repair is different, depending on the bike, condition, and size of the repair. If we come to you, the goal is to have your bike done within the allotted timeframe discussed prior to us arriving. Our goal is to have your bike back to you as quickly as possible! During the spring/summer business gets pretty hectic so times can be extended.  

"How much will my service/repair/part be?"

We don't know! Cost depends on so many different factors. Without having a detailed estimate in hand, it is hard to say what price will be. However, small things like tire plugging, tube installation, derailleur adjustment, is usually a set fee. Contact us to get an estimate. If you decide to to a custom build, we will meet, discuss your needs, budget, and timeframe, in depth before any money exchanges hands. 

"I need my bike repaired today/tomorrow, can you fix it asap"

That depends, workload, day of the week, etc all  dictate what we can and cannot do. We will work to accommodate your schedule.  

"Can you ship parts/bikes?"

Yes, many of our suppliers offer methods of shipping items to our customers. Check with us before ordering, to see if shipping and handling charges apply.
